With what I see of Hazard though, he is one who could be easily worth between 40m - 80m within the next 6 years if he continues to progress as he has. Keep in mind though, the fact that potential is often not actualized.

If you consider it OTT I have no problems with that, I don't. Optimistic? Yes cos I mean well for the boy but OTT? No. Saying a youth prodigy has potential incredible sell on value a la Christiano Ronaldo does not mean an 80m transfer fee? only that he is someone who could be sold off for a lot more, time and chance permitting?
