Today is valentine day.

We must show love to JESUS CHRIST because HE first loved us and died for us(1 john 4:19)

1 John 4:19 says "We love HIM, because HE first loved us"

Even those that saw JESUS CHRIST during Near death experience always testify that HE loved them so much so that they do not want to leave HIM.

They always want to stay with HIM forever.

How do we reciprocate this love today being a valentine day?

We can love HIM by loving someone today.

Buy a gift for someone that is poor,someone that you do not even know.

Find a beggar on the street and buy him or her a sumptuous meal.

Find a poor beggar on the street and buy him/her a wonderful gift.

That is how to show love to JESUS CHRIST today,

because HE says in the bible that whatever we do to the least of the people,

we do it to HIM.[Matthew 25:40]

Therefore today being a valentine day,you have to feed the hungry,

give drink to the thirsty and cloth the naked.

Show love to the greatest lover of man.


Show love to the one who died for you, the one who bore your sins in His own body on the cross, the one who suffered the punishment for your sins,

so that you now receive redemption, salvation and forgiveness.

He gave you eternal life which you will fully enjoy when you get to heaven at the end of your life on Earth.

That lover is Jesus Christ.

Love Him by doing good to someone this valentine.

You can buy food for that poor beggar that is sitting on the street.

Mary Bailey experienced that love.

1981,Mary Bailey was very sick due to kidney failure.

When she was being attended to by doctor and a nurse, she suddenly saw herself sitting on the bed.

She was surprised to see her body lying on the bed and being attended to by the doctor.

But she was sitting on the bed near her body but could not be seen by the doctor and nurse although she could see them.

She was feeling very healthy, happy and okay now;no more problems in her.

The next thing,she saw two Angels who took her through a tunnel of light filled with music thousands of time more magnificent than anything she had ever heard.

At end of the tunnel, she crossed over.

In front of her stood Jesus Christ with His arms open and extended towards her.

Mary ran to Jesus Christ and hugged Him.

Jesus Christ told her that He loves her.

Then He told her that it was not yet her time to come to heaven that she should return and feed His sheep.

Mary did not want to leave such a beautiful, joyous, and wonderful environment called heaven.

She wanted to stay in heaven.

As she looked into Jesus Christ's eyes, she discovered she was looking into the most beautiful eyes she had ever seen.

The eyes were the most lovely and beautiful in the universe.It was the eyes of the greatest lover in the universe.

At that point, she felt herself being slammed back into her body, just at the time the doctor struck a needle into her chest.

She discovered that the memory of Jesus Christ eyes continued to stay afresh in her.

She would not forget such lovely, beautiful and love-filled eyes and began to paint the portrait of the eyes which she loves so much.

Cecil Henson discovered the origin of love.


In 1941, Cecil Henson had a surgery on his stomach.

The surgery went bad.

At home, his intestines burst out on the bed.

He died.

After experiencing so many things in the spirit world,he found himself in the presence of the risen Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ's magnificent face was radiating love and glowing with a wondrous light.

The face began to change and was full of dots.


Soon,each dot began to grow and became a face of someone who had shown him love before.

After that dot had receded, another dot change again into the face of another person who had shown him love and affection.

This continued.

He soon realized that every good thing, love, and affection that he had ever received were given to him by Jesus Christ.

That explained why the faces of them who ever did good to him were contained in the face of Jesus Christ.

That is why the Bible said that "of Jesus Christ fullness we have received everything,and grace for grace"John 1:16

Cecil Henson discovered that all good things and love that people enjoy are given by Jesus Christ irrespective of your religion.

Jesus Christ is the ultimate lover.

Jesus Christ is the origin of love.

He was told to return to the earth and help his son,Van,to become a man.

He came back to life.

As you practise saint Valentine's love today, you must know that the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 that:

(1)Love suffers long.

(2) Love is kind.

(3) Love does not envy.

(4) Love does not parade itself.

(5) Love is not puffed up.

(6) Love does not behave stupidly.

(7) Love does not seek her own.

( Love is not easily provoked.

(9) Love does not think evil.

(10) Love does not rejoice in inquity.

(11) Love rejoices in the truth.

(12) Love bears all things.

(13) Love believes all things.

(14) Love hopes all things.

(15) Love endures all things.

(16) Love never fails.

The Bible describes Love as if it is a person.

Why?

Because Love is actually a person.

And the person is Jesus Christ.

Remember that Jesus Christ is Love.

So the above character of Love is the character of Jesus Christ.

As you celebrate Valentine today, you must display all these character of Love.

We must love Jesus Christ today because He first loved us and gave His life for us.

We should love Jesus Christ by loving people today.
