what was low budget travel ?

to stay in Westin is a high level travel ? but nigeria has no Westin. anyway, traveling or living in nigeria is not that cheap. you know the cost of living .

which is more "budget" ? with same price 42 dollars in lagos and hong kong.

is nigeria a country for budget travel ? if so, why dont you see many local tourists?
