You do realise with this, it becomes more subjective. You can't really have proof of being in Lagos for twenty years except you have properties in Lagos which will show how long you've owned it.
Citizenship on the other hand is easy to prove whether 7/10 years with a lot of identification means which were not available 20 years ago.
