That person has probably spread the virus to thousands of people in that mob and will likely give it to more along the way. This chinese man collapsed while him and his chinese friend were taking a walk in the streets of Lagos when one of them collapsed and started acting strange on the floor, his friend also tried to make him get on his feet but he was too weak.
