The Answer is very simple, 3 is the answer.
Once the drink is poured, it goes down straight to the bottom of cup 1, while rising up, the first escaping tunnel is the opening by the right which leads to cup 3.
Cup 3 will be fill to the brim because the opening by cup 3 left has a blockage at the end and by the cup 3 right is a pipe BEHIND cup 3, meaning there's no any opening by cup 3 right side.

If by any means there are more drinks being pour in, 6 and 7 are the only cups that will get fill up after 3 is filled to the brim and the drinks pouring out will drop on cup 6 and 7... cup 2 will never get a single drop of drink cause as long as 3 is filled up, it'll start pouring down.
