Acording to the report, cause of death was concussion since there was no bleeding during the course of death

This is a case of Epidural hematoma. He had a lucid interval before he started having the symptoms of raised ICP.
Borehole at that time could have saved him.
May the Lord be pleased with his soul.
Succinctly put. Yeah, he would have benefitted from burr hole (trepanation) but how many hospitals can handle that in the country. May God help us

The guy most likely had an Intracranial hemorrhage with increase in intracranial pressure and coned.

When he fell, he bled in his brain which increased the pressure insidd the skull.

Let's be careful and more particular with our health. If he had gone to a hospital earlier, a CT-scan would have been done and it would have been managed in time.
