Well, maybe Abba Kyari was reckless, but Yuruba people will say; Ilu ti ko si ofin, ko lesi ese (Where there are no laws, no crime). Shame on the so-called NCDC, Minister for health and the other people involved in the fight against covid-19 for not putting down their feet and following up on people coming from high-risk countries, ensuring they comply with the rules of self-quarantine and all that!
