Less than 6 hours from now, we will read the true story of how they are sharing these supplies to all the most affected states first before sharing it all over the country (which make sense) rather than the impression we are having here as if 100% of everything is being hijacked to Abuja.

We will be looking forward to read that Lagos state's share was left behind.

Sharing of the items to citizens will be based on who knows who.

The donation is not for Lagos alone, other state will benefit from it too.

We are all happy that Jack Ma has donated relief materials to Nigeria. However, I am concerned about the test kits. A lot of companies have come up with test kits that have not gone through necessary testing and are using this to test the kits. I do not want a situation where we now depend on kits that would give false positives. I think the health officials should do everything in their power to ensure that these kits would deliver accurate results.

Does it sound logical to u that 1 out of 2 ventilators @ gwagwalada hospital in abuja has been taken to Aso rock. From 2015 to date more than #52 billion naira have been channeled to aso rock clinic alone, whereas a ventilator cost an average of #20million naira. 2 ventilators meant to serve the masses in that state and neighboring states perhaps have been reduced to just 1.

As of now the only information we have is that the donations were taken to Abuja and we've not gotten any news as to reasons for that action which is wrong, i think the reasons why it was taken should be stated first or while it's been taken

We cannot say the action is entirely wrong. The donation was made to Nigeria. The seat of govt is Abuja. So it falls under the purview of the the Federal Ministry of Health to receive the materials and then distribute round the country as they deem fit.

If the materials were directly donated to Lagos state, then there is no need to take them to Abuja. The Lagos state govt will receive them directly.

I am sure it does not make sense for materials donated to Nigeria to be hijacked by only Lagos state.
