Deadlier Ebola that killed over 50,000 persons across Africa was only able infect 28 persons out of which only 8 deaths were recorded owing to the fact that our doctors were up in their games and were well funded by the then government to fight that disease. Just hope that this government releases sufficient funds to the health system to check Corona, we I'll defeat it. Health care is not only about the quantum of medical appliances u see in the hospital such as seen in advanced societies currently being ravaged by Corona, it is seen in doctors who have have had experience successfully managing everyday diseases with little or nothing. Wonder why our doctors excel anywhere 1 Like |

Sagay212: They're administering the same treatment doctors all over the world are using pending a cure is found. They treat the disease's individual symptoms (cough, flu, fever etc) and add a huge dose of vitamin C to boost immune system. The virus like flu virus which will run its course and leave the system eventually (it doesn't multiply itself like HIV). That's why the highest percentage of the casualties of the virus are the immunocompromised people like the elderly and the already sick. Contracting the virus is NOT a death sentence, early detection and prompt medical attention goes a long way in recovery 3 Likes 3 Shares |
