They are ramping up production to deliver 50,000 ID NOW COVID-19 tests per day, beginning next week, to the U.S. healthcare system.

Vaccine approval must take some standard period . They are currently testing drugs / vaccine. They are not sleeping!

America could have been declared the winner of the war if American soldiers had overrun Communist North Korea and occupied Pyonyang, thereby making the whole Korea a capitalist nation. How can you say you won a war when your enemy did not surrender to you or sign documents of peace with you?

Very true. China was involved in the Korean War. China supported North Korea with enough troops and firepower. This was the main reason America could not overrun North Korea. The Koreans and the Vietnamese understand their terrain very well. Then there is the issue of nationalism too. These factors worked against American soldiers and the US Military establishment. Forget about China being painted as the aggressor in South East Asia, the Chinese, Koreans, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Japanese are not very trusting of Europeans and Americans outside Tourism and Business.
