It might be Candidiasis infection, this also causes itchy vagina with whitish discharge without necessarily smelly.
Try topical antifungal azoles. It will certainly stop. Make sure you keep the place dry on the course of treatment because moisture aggravate the disease and also treat for atleast two weeks because fungi diseases are stubborn and needs long time treatment. Unlike bacteria or parasitic infections that you may just treat for a shorter period if not chronic.

I will advise you not to use benzlbenzoyate cream hurt too much
Rather use PERMETHRIN cream

Apply morning and night daily

Wash all your wears both undies clothes and bed sheets with very hot water.
