This lacks basic information. Itchy how? Does the itch comes with rashes? Which area of the organ? Have you done STI panel screening when you visited the hospital? What about U/S culture?

You need to answer those to enable a proper advise. On the off chance I would probably think this should be fungal and mycoten solution rubbed thoroughly on the itchy area twice daily for a month should take care of this

Well, had mine for almost 5 months and have tried different methods both med and diy.. Don't use any bacteria drugs coz it's fungi.
Go get yourself *Benzyl Benzoate and Funbact A* (not up to 700 both) Apply Benzyl Benzoate first after you must have bathed and dried off the affected area and leave it for min of 15mins but advicable you stay in front/under fan, then apply the Funbact A.
Do this in the morning and repeat the process without bathing alone in the evening. Or in the evening without bathing alone in the following morning. I'm sure you are going to be relieved once this steps is duly followed.

I once had internal penile itch (just at the tip of the penis). It lasted for over a year and some months.
