Congratulations! It's a wonderful feeling to become a parent and even more amazing when two lovers bring a new human into earth with an agreement to mutually cater for the child. Parents of different species give birth and guide their offsprings through the basics of social interaction. The least responsibilities human parents are vested with are the former and the latter , put differently, child birth and socialization. Education, proper medical care , balanced nutrition and serene shelter prove to be a Herculean task for parents across the globe especially fathers and mothers of developing societies where the factors misogyny and patriarchy are not far-fetched. Remember that Ngozi Iwela and Germany's incumbent Chancellor would not reach the peak of their careers without supportive families. I am not oblivious that the euphoria which tread on the heels of the birth of your little angel is yet to fade . I hope my piece of advice gets to you while the overwhelming elation lingers.
