@moderator. I downloaded and installed the latest version of phoenix service suite 2010.12.011.42838 but i can use it to update my nokia e71. the phone is well connected and detected but still gives errors which are shown in the images below. thanks in advance for your help.

@1stknight,am also having the same problem as daves2ng, Ive done all dat but still d same error,immediately i click on browse, it says cannot find dp1.0 or dp2.0, Or is it because i didnt do it with phoenix 2008,i used phoenix 2010, And ive renamed the files u asked to be renamed, Btw, my phone is rm-346, so dere shuld be no problem, Abeg i earnestly look forward to your reply, Hope i dont need to change the product code of the phone sha??

I had a similar problem when trying to use Phoenix on my Nokia 5800xm.I moved from XP to Vista to 7,yet nothing worked.

JAF came to my rescue.I suggest you google cos Phoenix 2010 is very selective when compared with 2007.Find out the version that was used and download that version.

Here's d solution

1. av u gotten your data package??
2. If d no 1 ansa is yes then install it, don't change d installation directory or if your downloaded data package is in chunk like d 1 from bt users, den copy all d files 2 dis directory: c:\program files\nokia\phoenix\products\rm-Bleep

Done

NB: press *#0000# to view your rm and replace d Bleep with it e.g RM-346 and u're 2 cr8 d rm-Bleep folder by your self
