As for Covid-19 getting to this level in Nigeria, we both know that's out of the question... If it was ever going to happen, we would have started seeing the signs, like widespread hospitalizations since last month. A lot of Nigerians have been infected since late February and early March.

In Abuja where we have a lockdown in place, many of the satellite towns don’t fully implement the lockdown guidelines. Even the policeman will turn a blind eye to the excesses of the people. Many people are just acting as they like. Some don’t even believe there is such a virus, and even if it were they are immune.

I think the Germans are more technologically advanced than the boastful US in tackling this virus. Despite having over 120000 cases, Germany still have a striking 1,000+ deaths, there something they're doing better than their western counterparts.
