So yesterday I received a bank credit alert of #1000 (one thousand naira) from someone I do not know.

The sender probably missed up the acc.number while making the transfer.
I am willing to refund the money, but do not know how to go about it.

I also don't want to expose myself to scammers.

Better Thank God...
Is the transaction not carrying senders name?

You don't need this publicity because the sender doesn't even have your contact number

So just thank your God

Only your bank can help you.

Send this message to their customer care and they will advise you.

#1000 naira is small na, that's why the sender didn't bother. I'm sure if it was 500k you won't even create this thread at all cheesy

Na your bank fit solve your problem.

I think honesty pays. Don't withdrawal the money. The bank will revert the money themselves when the customer complains
