Mustay: Cool. Good to see that you also witnessed reality when you tested ACCAThanks for your concern, greatly appreciate. I wish too but I have been very busy with different exams for some years now and seriously need to get a LIFE reason I decided to actively devour the books for the another one year then take a 2yrs break before thinking of the taking the father of the fathers CFA. However, should my plan work out, combining both should be easier as I owe ICAN just 6papers, ACCA 7. I can prepare for ACCA's P2 to write ICAN's Corporate Reporting at the same time/diet and also ICAN's SFM for ACCA's P4. People kinda think I'm crazy though  but unfortunately, our system is just paper crazy. |

You can write the exams without attending a physical class. However, your level of understanding must be high and you should be willing to devote more time to studies. But if you don't have accounting background, I'll suggest you attend classes for F2 and F3 after which u can start studying on your own for subsequent papers. RubyOmole: |

Though it's gone, I think you should have just continued with your ICAN then go for ACCA when done - just my opinion though. I think people confuse ACCA's flexibility with ease. Talking about flexibility, can't you suspend ACCA till you're done and just write the professional papers? Since ACCA affiliates/members have to write 3 ICAN papers, why not continue with ICAN for now
