should I say she wasn't councilled very well, immediately she got to know, she stopped living, stop taking care of her health, like exposing herself to malaria,though she feed well, took her drugs, she was even buying her own drugs, she doesn't go to hospital, she later got married, gave birth to a child, the marriage n birth things,i think weigh her down too much ,when she has being the breadwinner of her home,though she had a feɗ govt joɓ,we still lost her.

Another important thing is that the managing team should identify closely with them and avoid being judgemental as much as possible. A positive px once confided in me that she had believed all her life that the health workers assigned to see them are themselves HIV positive and she thought that was the reason why they could comfortably attend to them without stigmatisation.
