Sometimes I do wear some perfume to bed, mainly if I'm kind of 'over' a scent and just want to get rid of it, I guess.
Sort of off topic, but I almost always put on deodorant on before going to bed.. Which people think is sort of weird, but I don't want to be sweaty tongue I like to wear it to bed. Studies show that fragrance has the power to affect your mood, reduce stress, and relax your muscles

If you shower before bed and don't feel fresh, go back to the bathroom for a second session. After that and you still smell like a pig, hire a bath helper to help you bath well. undecided
