And the teachers that will take them? Are they also children?
Spain started school last week.
They were among the worst hit country with strict lock down rules.

At a point you have to give in.
Vaccine is the best solution to this shit.

The Lockdown should continue but they should let children go back to school since the disease hardly kill children.

What if the children become carriers that spread it to adults around them

A partial lockdown is needed, with neccesary covd19 safe measures in place.

Large group gathering cannot open, like church, mosque, bars, events halls act... Banks, private and govts offices open with minimal staffs.

Masks made compulsory.

They should

UAE (Dubai) , has 9200 cases but they are reopening today after a month lockdown

Don't compare UAE to Nigeria, they will always handle it much better than Nigeria. Are you aware that many people are dying in Kano from Covid19 but is not reported officially. Is like there no functioning NCDC office in Kano.

Aside the development and gravity of the disease containment in Dubai, in comparison to Nigeria, have you considered the end result?

Are you aware of the measures and preferences applied to Emarati's supposed freedom? What happens if the decision of UAE turns out disastrous?

Let's quit glorifying these countries excessively, and consider taking accountably calculative actions.

If they has been handling it better , why 9200 cases ? And Nigeria still under 1000

Dubai has just made a big mistake , they are trying for them not to lost lives cos of the fasting , thereby opening up

Give Nigeria 1million test kits you will that the cases will rise up to 500k if not more than

They need to scale up testing to like 10000 per day cover all the hot spots. We can achieve that in 5 days. Then it will be safer to reopen.

Contract it from who?If govt brain storm and put laws in place.. Laws likeTeachers must go on compulsory test if they are negative they should be allowed to go back to class with there gloves and face mask on.
Children must wear nose mask and gloves in school while the school provide hand sanitisers for them.

Parents and visitors shouldnt be allowed inside the class room if they come to pick there kids for safty reason..They will understand and if they must enter they should wear nose mask and gloves or use sanitizers in the gate.
Children have no bizness with this virus so no need to involve them.It hardly kill them.. with the right law they wont contract and spread it.

You're using your emotional senses (Limbic), try to use facts combine with emotional intelligence, you will discovered that you did make sense. Do you think COVID-19 is malaria? Or you think the rest of the world is stupid for shutdown their economy? People like you will abuse buhari with certificate too?

Children are too exposed to serve as carriers. The can easily get infected from their fellow children and transfer to their vulnerable adults or parents.
Opening schools still pose a very big risk on this pandemic.

Well, let's hope we are prepared enough like them to open the schools. I'm a teacher and I know how the classes are usually crowded in some schools. Don't think I'm ready to expose myself to such crowd yet.

Let them be sure the coast is clear first before talking about relaxing the lockdown.

Yes, It hardly kills kids. But a child with covid will easily transmit it to his/her parents, grandparents, and other relatives who are within the vulnerable spectrum.

As a matter of fact, even when the lockdown has been relaxed, kids will most likely not be allowed to go back to school until a vaccine shows up. And if perchance the govt opens schools up b4 a vaccine , most parents won't send their kids. I won't send mine.
I won't send mine too
