I think we should be open-minded. You may not have experienced something does not make its existence a falsehood.

Buy kafura pelebe. Put it inside bottle water but half of the water is good to use with 3or4 cubes of the kafura .

You need to get the procedure done. That's the permanent solution.

In the meantime, you can use the following for quick pain relief:

Hexedene or touch and go.

Brush well and also use mouth wash ( not the sweetened one, I recommend Listerine original)

Also, floss.
Also, there's this toothpaste (forgotten the name).

It's in a short pack, red and methol flavoured. Very hot sensation while brushing.

Also, use table salt alone to brush helps sometimes and also removes plaques and kills plaque causing amoeba.

Then lastly,

You know that Chelsea dry gin? The satchet?

Use it to swish between the teeth and mouth for few seconds up to a minute.

Not recommended if you don't drink.

Disclaimer: I'm not responsible if any of the above options affect you in a different way than it affected me.

Good luck.

Good question. Use it to gargle your mouth for like 5mins. But Shake b4 using it. Do not drink it. Do not grand the kafura.

experienced the pain for 5 years now at first was scared to extract it. went to the dentist they said they will remove 2 and fill one, saw people there crying cuss of toothache I ran didn't come back not until last month it was so unbearable although before then it do come and go, but this one I couldn't sleep at night till the next day. the headache was so crazy it felt like I was going mad I was dizzy . I went to the hospital but cause of the pandemic the doctor recommended drugs for me and said after a week if it continued I should come back for extraction, fortunately the pain subsided, since then . I didn't add mine has hole and is affecting the other tooth, the hole is so big . don't if anyone can recommend something ATM , will definitely remove it after this whole thing is over.

Please don't extract the tooth....tooth extraction is an outdated solution. What you need is a ROOT CANAL TREATMENT.....this process involves removal of the dentine (the living element) and filling of the tooth thereafter. This will maintain the tooth but in a lifeless form ( like a dud tooth).

I am not a dentist.....but trust me on this.... Its not a cheap procedure and can take up to 2-3weeks.

Did you read the post before responding?

If you did, you definitely won't have said this.

I had an impacted tooth but the milk tooth replacing it got tired and painful and I removed it. Did you remove the impacted tooth or both the tooth and the one it was hiding under?

I'm asking because I don't understand how the one under can be removed without the one above it affected.

My impacted tooth was inside my gum so my gum had to be torn open and the tooth removed then stitched afterwards

Mine too is but hiding under another tooth. Can that tooth be removed without affecting the one on it?

Nope both will be removed, prepare for it, it’s going to be hell. If you can go to a good hospital so you don’t have complications, I got cellulitis and almost died.

but why wasn't anesthetic used to first numb the pain?

I really want to know more from ur experience.

Anesthesia was used but it didn’t cover everywhere, the tooth was really deep. Anesthesia made it so I wouldn't die from the pain

I can’t even imagine how the pain would have been like if anesthesia wasn’t used.
It was hellish and when the anesthesia wore off I saw Jesus. but you’d feel so much better in the coming weeks so please get it done, the older you grow the worst it gets

It was my gum that was tore open, and my gum was stitched afterwards so it doesn’t even like I took out a tooth but the worst part was when I got complications and had to be in the hospital for 2 weeks

no he did not. he just used a bright torch in examining it. i think he is right though because the jaw area look abnormaly red and swollen
Normally when a tooth is erupting, there's inflammation and it is usually accompanied by pain. It doesn't mean it's impacted. You need to have it examined before removing.

The only other way that I know of that is very cost effective us to get punched severely in the jaw.

That would reset your dentition and make your molars come forth.
