Lemongrass is an elephant-like-grass with a fresh lemon aroma and taste. It is one of the common ingredients used for pepper soup, Banga soup and egusi pepper soup in Isoko and Urhobo communities.

I’ve also heard that lemongrass oil is used to freshen the air and help one relax by reducing stress.



Having lots of headaches this period, I’ve used lemongrass tea consistently for over a week now and I can say that it relieves pain, cleanse the system of toxic elements and boosts immunity.
