The Secretary to the Government of the Federation and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha, on Thursday warned Nigerians against mistaking the eased restrictions for permission to act without care. Speaking in Abuja at a briefing of the task force, Mustapha said as the nation approached the commencement of the first of a three-phased easing of lockdown from Monday, Nigerians should receive and digest the implementation guidelines. https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/eased-lockdown-not-permission-for-carelessness-fg-warns.html 4 Likes

Stupid and clueless Government. Advanced country on lockdown going 3 months ain’t stupid. Government don’t just want to release adequate funds to feed carter for people, especially the South East because of their religious, tribal and political hatred. Nigerians are a careless breed of people naturally so this virus will spread like wild fire and infect a lot of people. If a vaccine is not created anytime soon, I just don’t want to imagine the outcome in the coming weeks. 37 Likes 3 Shares |

They have treated Kano far better than how they have treated Lagos. Do you know the donations by wealthy individuals and churches is now being lavished on Kano. Yorubas will have sense by force. Facts: Do you know Yorubas in Benin, Togo, and other west Africa nations have got more street sense than yorubas in Nigeria. 43 Likes 2 Shares

Dear sane and responsible Nairalanders, Wash your hands every 20 minutes. Do not shake hands and hug people you have missed during the lockdown. Do not receive yeye visitors in your home especially those of you with underlined health conditions and aged parents. Guide your health and your life seriously these coming days Please. As for all of us @), we choose to live. We Rise!! letilex:Amen in Jesus name. rawtouch:Nigerians sha!! 4 Likes 4 Shares |

Not sure what Nigeria is doing. The country doesn't seem to have a plan. The essence of lockdown is not just to keep people inside. It is meant to buy time and aggressively test people. Ghana sef did same and they announced they know the direction of the spread and hence removed their lockdown. Nigeria kept citizens inside and tested just 12,000 people. Abeg what is the reason for the lift of the lockdown? Do they know where the virus is heading or they are doing it because ghana did it? 6 Likes |
