The problem with the kids that comment here is the sharing money formula is 52% for the federal and 48 % to the state

Ask your governor what are the doing with there FAAC
sorry u are telling lies cos it is 52%for federal govt and 48% for 36 states meaning about 1.52 % for each state averagely.

Is sharing formula the issue here?... Till you lost your beloved to Boko Haram, you couldn't stand for the truth. I wish your parents and kids be fed the rice since you can still defend it.

You're suffering from the curses of innocent Nigerians, that loss their source of livelihood, because men like you will never say the truth, but cover evil because of peanut salary.

To bad to what this country has turned into. Who did we offend self? We are ready to apologize.

This sheer ACT is enough to sue the Federal Government! How can a country that have over the years, pride herself to be the leading black nation on earth, in her right thinking sense, set to poison her own citizen? National Disgrace!!!

Smh....a sheer display of stupi**ty. Something needs to done about this. I can't even think of whom to blame now, from the minister of Agriculture to the Presidential Advisory Team on Palliative Care.

Those supporting wike are not only stupid but a disgrace to the respective school they graduated from. Now you are ask to go to calabar to claim the palliative sent by the federal government. You have not been there and yet you claim the rice has expired. How? Is wike a native doctor, you are in porthacourt and seeing expired rice pack in a trailer in calabar.

In Wike's mind the palliatives are supposed to go to Port Harcourt not Calabar.

And secondly what he needs is the 10 billion, not palliatives.

You seize goods from those who struggle to bring them in with their hard earned funds , rather than charging them high duties for smuggling you kept the goods and left them to get infected and now you are sharing

Wike no be anybody mate. He has been the one correcting buhari since day one. How will federal government send rice of River State to Calabar and ask almighty wike to go and pick up the rice in another state, his wike begging for rice. Everything about National politics is full of nepotism and hatred and bigot agenda to discredit good people from saying the truth on what is wrong in this present federal government led by GMB. It unfair because once you go against this government there see you and your views as an enemy.

That fraudulent sharing formula is one of the reasons why development has continued to elude this country. Why should 52% of our total earned revenue be going to aso rock ? To do what exactly ? The centre is too powerful and that is what breeds all manners of corruption and nepotism we are witnessing today.

The truth is that vast majority of Nigerian politicians are corrupt but the country will never witness any meaningful development if almost all of the resources are in the hands of FG.

The federal government needs to take charge of the security, health,Judiciary and education while States are to be responsible for driving the development of the country in terms of human, infrastructures, economy etc.

States need the larger percentages of the revenue for the country to witness any kind of visible development. The major concern however is that the present crops of our politicians at all levels are very corrupt.

If you did not go to Calabar to receive your own consignment of rice, how did you know it to be bad?

Or even expired.

You'd think thoughtless loudmouth was elected primarily to be crude, crass and engage in fruitless, insane and illogical daily fights with the FG when in fact he was elected not only to serve his people within his state and also to bring home the bacon and federal benefits by working with the FG and other federal agencies to highlight the needs of his state and his people in general.

Some of these crude and classless governors are so childish and out of focus, they think everything is about grandstanding, catering to the gallery, and pointless attention-seeking opposition.

As a sitting governor with influence, If you need anything from the FG, you either meet with the president or his people to table your request or send assing your senators and other federal officials from your state to present your case and requests through proper channels instead of sitting on your lazy hands shouting, insulting and denigrating the president and the FG like a common street urchin or miscreant.

I'd love to know or see what his people achieved on behalf of his people with his crude and pointless ignorant attacks, nothing, just an overfed thug and ignorant bloviating buffoon barking like attention-seeking BINGO every day.

Just imagine, this is the governor of the richest state in Nigeria, a poorly managed state with the highest unemployment rate and misery index in Nigeria.

North is the main problem of this country..... Disintegration is the only remedy to this tyranny...let's see which region survived.....they should be distributing palliatives according to the states revenue.....those cretins will never do that...

Wait! If Mr. Buhari placed a ban on imported "plastic" rice in 2016 and we are self sufficient in our locally made original rice, how then are we having expired rice in our country. Were we having surplus that we were not consuming? Are the kocal products having shorter span. Iam not understanding
