They are all shape-shifting demons but the difference is at least they put things in ground for themselves to benefit which indirectly benefits their citizens. Well I do love this directive by the Ministry of transport but they need to be all on guard that such directives are adhere to.
Many want to get back to their normal lives as a result of hunger which itself comes with a lot of sickness
All stakeholders in the state need to come out to make sure that equipment and materials are provided and also setting up of a committee that would be taken note of how the inhabitants are really interpreting such directives.
