He doesn't need any whistle blower, all he needs to do is walk to any bank or any market and see for himself

Nice but I expected the Lagos state government to be more proactive in managing this, for example you can release vehicle movement schedule that says if your vehicle plate number started with odds number , 1 ,3 , 5 ,7 ,9 you can only go out use the road on Mondays, Wednesdays , Friday and Sundays, and the Vehicle Number plates that starts with even numbers can drive out on Tuesdays , Thursdays , Saturdays and sundays. with condition that no car should convey more than 3 passengers.

this will reduce the numbers of people on the street and the number of vehicles on the road

It in Nigeria you see another version to things. Whistle-blower without monetary compensation.

Just like lockdown without palliative.

Exactly. When they were supposed to share food, they didn't give hotline for people to call

You are copying what your British masters are doing.

“Private sector companies and businesses will be permitted to operate within a limited framework. What this means is that any offices and businesses that chooses to open are allowed to open only between 9am and 3pm daily; and must limit the number of staff on the business premises to no more than 60 percent of full capacity, at any point in time.
A particular business premises, even at 100%, could be fully compliant with the "safe distance" requirement, while another business premises, even at 60% capacity, could be at default.
