Unfortunately many state governors were not very good fiduciaries of the The Paris Club tranches. State worker's salary arrears persisted. The FG government tried to do the right thing by sharing but to no avail in many cases. And forget about NASS, they say dem ordered new exotic cars recently. This go around Madame Minister of Finance is Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed should manage the money. I think her ministry has been scandal free thus far. |

dadexcel: An agreement was signed between the FG and the US government over how the funds would be expended. Without Nigeria agreeing to the terms and conditions offered by the US, we can’t get back the money. So you see, the FG is not at liberty to decide on what to do with the money. |

Returning loots to looters, Buhari government has received so much from Abacha's loots yet the rate of borrowing is still high. No meaningful project, no job creation, citizens are suffering every day. Myopic leaders, no vision, lazy old men with their so much greed and selfishness. 1 Like |

Ain't funds for these projects accounted for before? For example, the Lagos-Ibadan express way is over 75% completed already, the second Niger bridge is underway already, we need forensic auditing here. |
