Good job for re-constructing the bridge! But looking closely at the bridge, it doesn't seem to have any openings to drain water off the bridge, either via openings by the pedestrian walk way or iron gratings on the road itself by the sides.

Are you OK? The collapsed bridge was constructed many years ago, like during military era.

Good development. There is another bridge linking Imo and Abia it is located between Udo na Obizzi in Ezinihite LGA in Imo state and Umunwanwa in Umuahia south LGA in Abia state. It is an NDDC project abandoned by Orji Kalu' s owned construction company named Zerock after collecting mobilization fee of over 60% of the total money. I hope Efcc will this post and start fresh investigations against the former convicted governor. I plead with the Federal government to assist in the the reconstruction of the brigde that was bombed during the civil war. The road is shortest road that link Owerri to Umuahia capital. It is called Ubakala/ Umunwanwa/ Udo/ Achingala road. Imo state part of the road is good that's immediately after the bridge Achike Udenwa didn't steal the money meant for the road like Orji Kalu.

GEJ left office 5 years ago. Buhari is president of Nigeria, he collects taxes from every region and oil revenues from the SE used to build your state and pay salaries. Except if you say Imo state should keep all revenues from their oil to themselves which they will gladly welcome
