What is kolanut ?
Kolanut is a sacred item used in the Igbo land precisely to welcome visitors , its used for blessing , that why you hear that he who brings kola brings life (owetere oji wetere ndu Na oganiru)he who brings kola brings life and progress , kolanut is only used in ceremonies and spiritual exercise, he who’s hands is impure don’t pray with kolanut because kolanut is ofo, it’s special and pure.
