For me it is simple.

1. Dont be broke. (Not necessarily material but mental).
2. Be worthy. (No manipulation, responsible, honorable)
3. Be feminine (beauty, nurture, youthfulness, fertility).

As for number one, I'm traditional in a sense that the subsistence of my family is my sole responsibility, but that shouldn't warrant gold digging and unreasonable waste of funds. Also, being mentally broke in a huge turn off, be it illiteracy, uneducated, mal-educated, or willful ignorance. Being schooled and certified doesnt absorb someone from being mentally broke, but being educated in a qualitative sense is an absolute required virtue. A woman do not have to be financially rich to embody these qualities.

As for being worthy, I like a responsible woman. A woman that doesnt resort to manipulative tactics and emotionally blackmailing to get her way. I like when she is honorable, do not dress sexually suggestive publicly, is classy and appear respectable. She should complement me seamlessly, that I'll be her proud soldier. A woman that will assist in her own little ways financially even though I carry the bulk of expenses. A woman that understands her powerful role as a woman, and comfortable in her feminine domain, and not confuse being submissive with being a subordinate, a woman that does not indulge in profanity, and will not exploit my chilvary, and many more.

3. By being feminine, she has to be comfortable being a woman. Being a good mother to our kids, honing her beauty, the very essence of her femininity, making her even more beautiful and nice to be with it. She must know how to control her vices (the female dark sides), such as a tendency for jealousy, insecurities, hypergamy, and getting benefits through her body and beauty.
