Many of us might be familiar about Boiling Frog Syndrome.

A frog is swimming in the lukewarm waters inside the kettle. There is fire beneath the kettle and the water is slowly getting warmer.

Frogs have this inbuilt tendency to adjust the temperature accordingly with the environment.
So as the water keeps getting hotter, the frog also keeps adjusting its temperature.

Finally, when the water starts boiling the frog cannot take it anymore. It wants to jump out but it cannot as it has used up all its energy in adjusting with the water temperature.
It remains trapped helplessly in the container and dies.

Similarly, during this age—from twenty to twenty-nine—you will be testing waters. You will be swimming in many lukewarm water kettles like relationship, ambition, career, work etc.

The decisions you take during this period will change your whole life drastically like snowball effect.

So if you realise you are in a toxic relationship, let go of it.

If you know that your passion lies in some other job, apply for it and leave this job.

If you want to start your company, try looking at the opportunities.

The downside of this age-period is that this is the first comfort zone you will encounter in your life. And there’s a high chance you might get addicted to it.

Don’t get addicted to the warmth or don’t convince yourself to get adjusted with the waters. You will only kill the enthusiasm inside you. And it will be too late when the realization strikes you.

Before-30 is the only time when you can truly experiment. It is the only time when you have energy and time to leap freely and try different things that excite you.

This is the best time to know lot of life lessons with minimal damage.

Learn from every mistake you make and every hardship you face during teenage years.

When people take advantage of you, when your relationship is strained, learn from it or when you lost your temper and spoiled your friendship, learn from them.

At this age, the loss and amount of heartbreak is fairly less. At 30, you cannot afford to be overly harsh on someone during silly arguments or let people take advantage of you or let your relationship break into pieces. The loss will be severe.

Don't let go of your 20s. It's the only time you'll get to travel, to experiment, to follow your dreams, to meet new people, to see new things , to learn something new, to fall in love, to see how wonderful life is and not be bothered about a robotic existence. Don't let go of your 20s. It's the only time you'll truly live.

There is no menu to leave once life. At any stage in life things can change. Talking from experience.

Really nice article

Anyone in their 20s who hasn't figured out all these already is already a fool at 40 who's just waiting for their induction into the club

Good one, being decisive is an absolute key to a successful life and as such it's good to take decisions early and stand by it but at this age there's always this fear of taking some decisions as you don't know where such decisions might lead you to.All in all life is a risk
