Matrimonous: The write up will deploy sentiments to build their points. What did they land in Canada for? Transit? Refuelling? Emergency? Repairs? The owners of the land have said the airline doesn't have a clearance for commercial flights in their country, then why go through all the arrangement without sorting that out first? 1 Like |

linearity:...Canada and United States didn't stand their ground for the owner Allen Onyema to be extradited for money laundering. They might even seize the plane when it lands. |

Nigerian High commission in Asia is even the worst. This is a letter we got from Thailand Embassy in Bangkok about how much people who chose to return home have to pay. The same letter was posted at Vietnam Embassy in Vietnam too. Booking a hotel prior before being airlifted. They ask Nigerians to pay for the airlift as well. No one is even talking with them because Vietnam is 101% among the whole countries of the world when it comes to Corona virus containment. 1 Like 1 Share

Mynd44: What are you saying? Do you know the number of airlines that have airlifted people and goods during this lockdown from different parts of the world without prior operation in those countries? All they needed was a diplomatic approval from the govt. That was how many countries were able to airlift from NIgeria. 3 Likes |

Airpeace has all it takes to fly and carry passengers in Canada as that was not the First time. Nigeria govt. should act decisively for once and stop the ridiculing of Nigeria. 1 Like |

tempest01: They are not doing it for profit but airliftin their stranded citizens hence they don't need commercial landing license which will be useless afterwards. Rather it is Canada who wants to make brisk money out of the situation |

tempest01: Did you read the whole thing at all? Did you not read that Airpeace had landed in Canada before? Without permits how did Airpeace land in Canada? The truth is that the Nigerian leadership problems keep growing daily. Nigeria does not have a national carrier. Funds have been looted in the name of a national carrier. Of all the airlines operating in this country Airpeace seems to be far ahead. Unfortunately politics, tribalism, bickerings, etc will not allow this airline achieve its potential. Do not be surprised that someone somewhere has been sabotaging the efforts. Maybe someone has demanded something that he has not been given and that same person has made himself the stumbling block. Again you and I are not in the airline industry and we may not know much about landing permits. But I think it is very safe to say that Airpeace management, seeing that they are fast growing would have been trying to get all the needed clearances to major cities in the world. Also do not allow your expectations to be too high for now. Airpeace cannot be compared to Emirates and other major airlines that have many aircrafts. I believe that with time they will arrive there. The Canadian government must give clearance to Airpeace to evacuate our citizens there. Ethiopia cannot all Airpeace evacuate Ethiopian citizens anywhere in the world. Remember to give honour to whom honour is due. In this case Airpeace. If not for them Nigeria and Nigerians would be facing the shame of not having a national airline. Airpeace serves as our national airline for now. Please bros erase negatives from your mind and support our airline. |

Cantonese: Does Air peace have commercial flights to Canada? There is definitely a reason why their plane landed in Canada at that time, that does not justify going in again. If there is a procedure in place, then they should have done that before even planning the flight |
