But really, i believe it has to do with the millennium foods compared to late 90s. Start of the millennium in Naija comes with more fast foods joints like Mr.Biggs, Tantilizers, and the likes, then wide spread of home consumption of foods like noodles, butter, conbeef, soda drinks and the likes. All these foods are very rich in calories, hence, millennium children tend to grow bigger.

hm there is a difference between growing bigger and fatter.all those food u just mentioned makes somone gets fatter and and fatter and the fatter u are the more older you look.Millimium children mainly prefer processed food and abhor natural food and when u eat too much junk and artificial it has an effect on your body.the effect is what op has noticed.
