Na Emmanuel Uduaghan empty the state money and drag Delta into serious debt that is why Okowa cannot perform. In fact Uduaghan borrowed money into the future which means all the allocation Okowa will get is not enough to pay the debt.

I think is a right move .. with dwindling oil sales .. he is adopting the DUBAI STRATEGY ..use oil wealth to diversify the Local economy.... he is using the oil wealth of the state to invest in job and revenue generating projects rather than wasting it in nonsensical white elephant projects such as a 7 billion Naira uncompleted building or a deserted vocational center in the desert!!!!
