Did you know that the government of Nigeria has seperated A particular amount of money for its citizens to build there own house?
The National Housing Fund (NHF) was established by the NHF Act of 1992 to mobilise funds that will facilitate the provision of affordable housing for Nigerians. Under the extant NHF law, every Nigerian earning N3,000 or more per annum is required to contribute 2.5 percent of their monthly basic salary to the NHF. The funds mobilized will be made available to contributors at affordable interest rates to build homes.

You need to have land and all needed documents. Another thing you can do is to apply for already built house from mortgage banks and get the documents ready.

Hi Hoan, and well done for all you do. Please can you put me through on the process of applying for a NHFS refund? And how long will it take to process the application before disbursement? I recently lost my dad who'd retired on October 2019, and in the process of applying for a refund. Please kindly help. Thanks

Hi Hoan.

Unfortunately I can't seem to find it. I'm being particular about applying for a refund and not a loan, which is what you have in the video.

Thanks.
