If I lie about this thing, at least someone will notice it through my expression. However, over 20 comments and no single person has ever experienced this, that means that something is wrong with me. Its either my spirit is fighting against it or an evil spirit is strongly behind it. Either way, I think its time I discipline myself for once. I doubt this happens to everyone but if this is true (I'm certain it is), you've got to quit. Masturbation quite addictive and most times ruins something in your life which could be your sexual life or any other thing but one thing I know that never remains the same is your spiritual life (if you're Christian, I don't know what other religious beliefs have to say about it). While many will come talking to you about how relaxing it is, how it helps you sleep etc, I know for sure that this isbt good (especially with what you're experiencing). It's not easy to stop but you can do it.
There's a challenge thread on quitting masturbation, maybe that'd be of help. You can also pray about it, quit while you can.

The cut on the skin isn't from the Lord or from your spirit(it's of the Lord too). Cuts on the skin comes from beneath (hell). You have a spiritual problem most probably a spirit wife.
