That is why parents no longer trust any government owned school in Nigeria to give quality education. See what a whole country's mouthpiece is doling out grin grin

Do you know the antecedent of Abike Dabiri? Go and find out, she's been around for long before Pantani finished primary school.

Probably the person handling the account didn't log out from the account. Thinking he is using his personal account to reply to the tweet. These happens a lot.

The handler actually apologise and said he felt he was tweeting from his personal account

Dr Isa Pantami is the communication minister and a PHD holder from a Scottish university. The buck stops with him. Suffice to say he is no dimwit.

You can argue a case for incompetence but stop casually insulting Nigerian administrative leaders as "dimwits". We are no longer in the era when poorly educated or unintelligent folks held sway as Nigerian public officials. That is simply not the case today.

Phd holders can be dimwits.

Only a dimwit would say otherwise

PhD is not only about doing research in a Scottish university, but your scholarly research works. You should be pasting here his scholarly works in science direct, the nature journals etc

That's what you get when everything is all about Quota system. When you decide to place quantity over quality, when you decide to sacrifice intelligence for mediocrity - that will always be your Achilles heel. We are in a deep s**t in this country.

Imagine having these set of educated illiterates in all spheres of our political life - how do you want the country to move forward !

Now you understand why Nigeria has been fighting some bandits called Boko Haram with no end in sight. We always put square pegs in round holes in the country.

Short cuts will always lead to deep cuts !
