This is not the time to start entertaining FEAR and ANXIETY because
nothing will change with that kind of state of mind.
Just make sure you observe all the preventive measures like;
social distancing, wearing of face mask, washing your hands regularly with soap and
water or by using alcohol based hand sanitizer and avoid crowded places.
You must also be very optimistic if you must cope well with the current normal way of life.

I understand that things are not going on too well with most families and
businesses, yet we still have to be optimistic that everything will be back to normal soon,
but we cannot fold our hands and keep waiting for thing to be back to normal,
so we must learn to cope with the current normal.
To be optimistic means that you believe in your own ability to succeed,
and to learn to deal with the current issues and implement new strategies to achieve your goals.

Being an optimistic person in a negative world begins with the decision to be positive and
choosing to live every single day with the mindset that things will workout for you.
