A man was caught raping 2 girls aged 5 and 6 years old. The 6 years old girl’s intestine was actually ripped out during his hideous act.

According to the eye witness, the 5 years old girl has been unconscious during the time of reporting the case to NAIJALOADED.

As at the time of filling this report, the location of this incident is unknown.

In the video, some doctors were seen trying to force the intestine back into the girls system through her private part where it cames out from.
