African Americans are battling cases like that every day. The only problem is that they don’t know how to fight for themselves.

When I sued a Warren Buffet owned company last year, I faced skepticism from black friends than whites. I had black brothers telling me you can’t win. Not only did I win , 2 black colleagues got promoted to be a manager. We are too timid to take on the whites.
