You misunderstood my point. NNPC is the largest shareholder with 49%. This is without prejudice to the operational structure of NLNG. I just wanted to correct the impression you made that they were minority shareholders.

The other shareholders have different business objectives so consensus is the way decisions are made at board level and not by majority vote.

Shell holds a 25.6% share, together with NNPC (49%), Total (15%) and ENI (10.4%).
