It's obvious most people tend to feel remorseful about a particular thing after the action has already been carried out. This is because sensory impulses from the eyes, nose, mouth, ears, etc are being transmitted to the emotional center ( amygdala) first before it's registered in more sensitive area like the (neocortex) which is said to be the thinking brain

In other words, the neocortex (thinking brain) is bypassed during this process.
By this act, I'll urge everyone reading this post to be rational in your thinking and not allowing emotions to overwhelme your thoughts..
