There issue here is the basis of its usage in the management of Covid-19 not its immunosuppresive effects. If you want to look at it from that angle, then it wont really be useful cos the covid-19 mortality rates among immunksuppresed like diabetics, HIVpatients, CDK patients is quite high and you must have taken it for a long time for it to have immunosuppresive effect
