If your body is not used to it, u will surely HV it.. cuz the body will react to is as a stranger, till u get used to it.
Or, if the food contains high fiber content. Cuz fibres are system flushers.
And if the food is contaminated, with bacterias, u will surely purge.. this is the little I know.

yeah bt the funny tin is dt i can eat both differently...can eat fried rice with fish or other tinz and eat chicken n chips or with watever i lyk bt i dare not mix both or else na stomach ache n vomiting go come next..
