*My thoughts for some time now*

If you claim to be an auto technician as practised overseas...it's expected that you have adequate knowledge of a complete car [mechanical, electrical, Air- conditioning] for body work you can be excused...

You are not expected to hire someone to do diagnosis on AC system when a customer brings his car to your workshop for AC related issues...
How will you know the AC technician is observing the right methods to diagnose and fix without causing further damage?

Or if u hire an auto electrician, how will you know he is observing the right practice and later not cause you issues?
