It is finished. I am sure all those bashing me will now realise why i have been calling for Total lockdown for two months.

Now our eyes are open and we can now see that we are in trouble.

I call on all Nigerians to embark on a total stay at home for two months. Let us stock our homes fully and remain indoors. Govt should shutdown the economy for two months.

It is with this measures that we will defeat this deadly virus

I call on all Nigerians to rise up to their voices and pressure the govt to lockdown all states for two months.

A trial will convince us.

Will u give over 100 mllion Nigerians food as they are on 2 months lock down??

Kano, only 1? The more you want to resist the temptation to join those that term this thing scam, the more NCDC tries to prove them right. So what magic did Kano do to reduce it to 1? If testing is reduced there, then what is the basis of sending these figures. The truth is that the number of infected persons is 100 times more than this in the country. What is the essence of data that is too far from reality. It can only deceive. Like in Kano, people will assume that the virus is gone and you wont blame them because that is what the figures say, but is that the reality? We are watching...

Ncdc just dey make me laugh sha.... Who else noticed this trend....

When a specified time is given by FG for lockdown measures or easing of lockdown measures e.g our usual two weeks, the first week daily live scores from ncdc would be moderate but when d second week is about ending and FG is thinking of lifting the lockdown or opening a part of the economy, ncdc will hike up the figures.... When a new number of weeks is added again the figures will normalize for a while, towards the end of the stipulated period they will hike the figures again, they are just controlling the federal government and cashing out.

Now who also noticed that ncdc don mean oyo, as oyo announced they want to open up schools , suddenly their cases now want to be competing with the League champions (lag), ncdc make Una fear God naaaa

SirWarLock, TMKsouth,
What is driving SA figures, just in case you might have an idea? The infection figures and those of fatality are not looking good. You notice also that SA records it's highest daily tally today - 5,688/103 - just as Africa registers its highest figure in one day 11,000+
A bit of profiling the angle affecting the spike will be appreciated. Does the black community account for the surge? Even more concerning is the mortality rate compared to other African nations.
Will appreciate it if you can share your findings please. Regards.

Oyo is now recording over 100 cases and d governor and citizens of oyo look unperturbed. If you see d kind crowd in gate iwo rd today, you would even think corona isnt in Nigeria. People no send atal, no protection and social distancing is zerooo. Makinde is like that bolsonaro, Brazil president, they both have d same mindset on covid, less concerned. 100 cases and people in ibadan and ogbomoso are still roaming about without giving a damn fvvk. undecided

10,000 CORONA CASE IS NOT 10,000 CORONA DEATH IN Naija.
500Death in naija is not 50,000 death in europe
THE DIFFRENCE IS CLEAR!
SHINE YOU EYE!
DEATH COUNT IS LOW HERE ,MEANING WE SHOULD REMAIN THANKFUL AND PRAYERFUL FOR GOD S DIVINE INTERVENTION IS AT WORK FOR US HERE AND PREVENT IT WHILE STRIVE TO RECOVER OUR BATTERED BUSINESSES BY DEVIOUS ELEMRNTS IN GOVT.

STICK TO GENUINE FACTS HERE THAT:
THERE REMAINS LOW DEATH CORONA VIRUS IN AFRICA, BUT AGENTS OF DARKNES ARE BLOWING IT OUT OF PROPORTION JUST TO CAUSE FEAR FOR THIER SELFISH MONEY MACHINARY AGENDA.
REPORTING OF CASES IN THOUSAND NUMBERS ARE MEANINGLESS, because CORONA CASES DOES NOT MEAN DEATH COUNT;

CORONA HAS PROVED TREATABLE AND PREVENTABLE.

CORONA VIRUS IS LOW DEATH COUNT VIRUS IN AFRICAN COUNTRIES BY GOD DIVINE INTERVENTION;

YOU PREVENT CORONA VIRUS FROM YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BY:
DRINKING HOT WATER IN MORNING;

EATING VEGETABLES WITH GOOD FOOD;

TAK SUNSHINE;

TAK VIT D VIT C TUMERIC AND VIT A;

KEEP PROPER HYGENE AND COVER YOUR NOSE;

CORONA VIRUS DEATH MOSTLY IMPACT WEAK LUNGS OF CHAIN SMOKERS, SO STOP SMOKING NOW AND DETOX YOUR SELF;

Been long I checked this..... cool thank you Lord for preserving us till this moment from Covid 19 and it's brothers....... thank you for not allowing us to be swept away through the '1001 ways to die' in Naija.....we will continue to push through.

I guess Abia State's result is an accumulated one, if not I wonder where those figures are coming from....

This ncdc stuff is TOTALLY USELESS. North is reducing simply because they are not doing tests - same reason CR has zero. Reverse with Lagos - they do much more tests

It will be difficult to achieve a flattening of the curve as the populace is not observing the precautionary measures. People are not really taking this thing seriously. I hope a cure or treatment will be found soon before it gets out of hand

Honestly when I took time today to look at passengers inside buses I just told myself that there could only be one version of truth...there is either no covid, or the one in Nigeria is different or Nigerians will still die in their numbers later. Buses were carrying full loads of passengers with very few people wearing face masks...

Makes me wonder , do we have a different form of covid-19 in Nigeria as different from the ones in Italy, Brazil and US?
