The Church shared what they had together because of HOLY SPIRIT and in obedience to JESUS's teaching on the problem of selfish accumulation of wealth. "Rich men will hardly enter the Kingdom of GOD".
If you are a born again and belong to a true church, you will hardly call you properties your own. The church is your family and they should be part owners of your wealth. True church(under CHRIST) is where owning properties together would work. So don't be afraid to share together once you find one.

Even though they lived poor they were never lacking in their needs. They lived "poor" deliberately.
Once you receive the HOLY SPIRIT and begin to understand the scripture, you will immediately understand why it's important to avoid accumulating wealth for yourself.. . it's makes serving GOD hard.
