I pity drivers that ply that abaranje road just a few Meters to the LGA headquarters. I plied the road and had to change my tyroids the next day. Meanwhile the population that passes through that road everyday is overwhelming. Our govt is insensitive

It's very much part of Lagos State.

This is a very good road compared to Alfa beach road in Lekki. The Lagos state government needs to declare a state of emergency on the road network in Lagos and also deal with the issues concerning locking of street gates in Lagos .
Imagine these days most of the streets and estates lock the only good roads and prevent the use of government roads because they have street associations.

The way igbos and yurubas engage themselves negatively I just pray it is only in the social media other wise a southern president in 2023 will be difficult.Mask you I am hausa Fulani.

Dem dey repair this kind road under 4-5 days in Japan, but here our greedy, and useless politicians no send , even when Dem try pair am, Dem no go utilize all the money for a good road instead na rubbish Dem go do.

If Nigeria Main/Express road can be so bad that containers/trucks fall each day I wonder If this so called Gafaru road still exist on Nigeria road map.

Street at Ikotun LGDA are very bad and harzadious state, especially ABARAJO IKERUBE side. Those street u cant step out, before reaching the end of street, ur shoe will be full of mud.

I was thinking my street is bad until I saw this. I am going to mobilize my street people to come and console you people. Una dey for street leading to hell. Una be real example of IDR (internally displayed residents). But how come, not a single person from this street vote for APC?

they are playing politics with that road, Garafu [a PDP party chieftain ] did nothing to coerce the ruling party then when PDP was still in power, The I don't care attitude was what makes that keep getting worse....... I've known that road since year 2001 ..... the road was initially meant to connect Agodo egbe with ikotun.

This is not a road anymore. I'm sorry to say they'll need a lot of active planning to correct this road. It seems to lie on the natural plane of a stream as the erosion seems to have taken a natural line.

The road would need to have a sloping gradient right to left, and guttering put in place for water run off otherwise it'll get worse again.

This is a sad state , the fences along it would come down soon of something is not done

Many Roads in Alimosho is very bad no street lights too especially major roads. It’s very embarrassing as it’s the largest local govt in Lagos

Nigerian roads are built to fail in order that money can be made from the cycle of rebuilding them. Nigeria authorities responsible for commissioning roads and those responsible for building them know how to finance and have good roads built, they are not stupid.
