I was privileged to work briefly as a Project Management Specialist for FIFA in Volgograd, Russia during the 2018 World Cup.

I also have a few national and international professional certifications and memberships.

If you are an ex trainee with NCDMB it may be legit....sometimes they recommend trainees to other orgs for possible employment..... Why not research the organization and follow them up until its obvious they are scammers
